The reason why Nasri hasn’t signed

It was initially thought that Samir Nasri would be at Arsenal before the end of EURO but Marseille have other ideas. The word is that Arsenal havn’t signed Nasri because it would result in Marseille paying more tax. Sound outrageous possibly is.

Then a personal statement from Nasri on his personal website confirmed that he would indeed be playing at Arsenal next season, before that statement was withdrawn and the player’s agent stating that such an announcement was premature and that negotiations were still ongoing.

Now, Nasri’s agent Jean-Pierre Bernes, has said that Nasri is on holiday and would be returning in 10 days to complete his move to the Emirates.

Bernes said: “He is on his holidays. It (the transfer) will be made when he will be back, in about 10 days.”

Lets hope this saga ends and the young frenchman ends up at the Gunners to boost the midfield.
